What is collected, why, how long it is kept, where it is held, who holds it, and what you can ask for. Written against Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act. Last updated 27 September 2026.

To give you an account on a private, invitation-only studio for making pictures, video and audio; to run what you ask it to make; to keep a record of the credits you have been given and have spent; and to answer you when something goes wrong.
Not for advertising, not for profiling, and not shared with anyone for their own purposes.
Material you upload may show other people. You confirm before your first upload that it is yours or that you have permission, and that anyone whose face is visible has agreed.
Until you delete it, or until your account is deleted. There is no automatic expiry. Working copies on the machines that generate are cleared manually, of files older than seven days.
Everything that is kept stays in Asia-Pacific. Two things are not: Vercel serves the interface from a worldwide network, and the GPUs that generate are in the European Union — material passes through them and is cleared within seven days rather than stored there.
Cross-border transfer is permitted under PDPA Art. 21 unless a competent authority restricts it; none of these destinations is restricted.
Only those five, each acting on our instructions. Nobody else.
To store what you make, to run generations, and to keep the service working. The words you type are never written to our logs, deliberately.
Under PDPA Article 3 you may ask to:
Write to social@therichestperson.com and we will reply within 15 days at the latest.
Deleting your account removes your generations, your material, your characters, your projects and your credit history, and removes the files from storage. It cannot be undone.
An email address is required — without one there is no account and no way to invite you. Everything else is up to you: you can use the service without uploading anything of your own.
Nobody else using the service can see anything of yours; this is enforced on every request and verified automatically before each release. The administrator can see your email address, your credit balance and history, and how many generations you have run — but cannot open your pictures, video or audio.
Material is served over links that expire after fifteen minutes. Downloads are stripped of embedded metadata, so camera, location and timestamp do not travel with the file.
The speech model embeds an inaudible watermark in everything it produces.
Where enabled, it is enabled individually, only after age has been confirmed, and only for material you generated yourself — never from anything uploaded. The acceptable use policy has the rest.
